Potion Fill potfill
This feature adds a command that fills the user's inventory with instant health 2 splash potions for a price.

cooldown
The cooldown between uses.
price-per-potion
The price per potion.
enemy-check-range
The range in which players cannot use the command if enemies are around.
potion-potency
The potency of the splash potions.
no-enemy-check-regions
Regions in which all players bypass the enemy check.

/potfill- Fills the user's inventory with potions.

- Base Level - Some commands.
